Veris Residential
Veris Residential is a brand resulting from the merger of two prominent real estate entities, Mack-Cali Realty and Roseland Residential. Based in Jersey City, Veris Residential specializes in developing, owning, and managing premier multifamily communities with a strong focus on community and sustainability. The objective of this project was to brand the new company and enhance its positioning, emphasizing its commitment to people, property, and the planet. The work encompassed naming, positioning, logo design, brand toolkit development, landing page design, brand video creation, go-to-market strategy, and digital asset creation. Additionally, branding secondary tiers of the brand was undertaken to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive brand experience.
